The Public Management minor is administered through the Glenn College of Public Affairs. It has three goals, which provide an interdisciplinary set of knowledge and skills. Upon successful completion of this minor, students will be able to: 

1. Analyze and navigate different behavioral situations in the public sector. 
2. Understand the fundamentals of public budgets, budgeting strategies, and financial management. 
3. Apply management tools to enhance organizational performance in the public sector.
