This certificate integrates theoretical and practical knowledge from the relevant disciplines to provide an opportunity for students to study the principles, aims, and value of civil discourse while also building the skills for engaging in it. The purpose is to help future professionals and citizens appreciate civic values so they can contribute to the creation of inclusive, tolerant communities that recognize the importance of free speech and open dialogue across differences.
